Before you get full access and get paid for your submissions, you will need to take the following steps:
Sign Up and Take the Sourcing Trial
To get started, simply click on this link and select "Login with LinkedIn." Then, follow the instructions provided on the website.
Please ensure that when you sign up for Visage, your primary email address on LinkedIn is a personal one or an address where you're comfortable receiving all our future communications. (If your primary email address on LinkedIn is your work email, please be aware that all communications from us will be sent to that address.)
Select any jobs you feel confident working with. Your task is to submit a total of 10 candidate profiles. This is your opportunity to impress us and showcase your skills. There's no time limit, and we welcome submissions from any platform that provides publicly available information, including LinkedIn, job boards, Google, and more.

Pro Tip: Avoid submitting "empty" profiles or candidates lacking a job description. Such submissions are automatically rejected because they lack the necessary level of detail to qualify for the job.

Grading your performance
After you've submitted your candidates, our team will carefully review each submission. To successfully pass the trial, a minimum of 8 out of 10 submissions need to be approved. You can expect to receive your results within 48 hours of completing the trial.
Passing the trial
If you've achieved a score of 80% or higher in your trial, you'll advance to the next stage. At this point, our Talent Hunting team will follow up with a few questions to ensure that your experience and background align with Visage's expectations. If they do, congratulations – you've successfully completed the trial phase!
We'll then move forward to the next step, where you'll receive an invitation to our Onboarding Webinar.

From now on, you will be paid for each candidate submitted (provided our AI has approved it) and will be expected to continue submitting candidates of the highest quality. We will monitor your performance on a weekly basis and will review the quality of your candidates, through the acceptance and disqualification rates.
