To begin receiving payments, it's essential to establish your Payoneer account and link it with Visage:
After successfully completing our Visage Trial and Onboarding Webinar and activating your sourcing account, the next step is to create your Payoneer account.
Once logged into your Visage account, promptly access the payment notification located at the top of the screen for convenient navigation. Alternatively, you can also click your name in the upper right corner, and select the Profile button, leading you to the Payment section.
Within this Payment page, you'll have the flexibility to either create a new Payoneer account or configure an existing one, tailoring the process to your specific situation.
I already have a Payoneer account
If you already have an active Payoneer account, all you need to do is link it to Visage. To make this connection, simply follow these steps:
Locate and click the 'Already have a Payoneer Account? Sign In' button on the image. Alternatively, you can simply click the link in the notification at the top of the page. This will open a separate tab in your browser, where you can select the 'Already have a Payoneer Account? Sign In’ option.
A pop-up window will appear, and your next step is to log in to your existing Payoneer account.
If your existing Payoneer account is linked to an email address different from the one you've used for Visage, please notify Alexandra Tobias (Community Manager) ASAP. You can reach out to her via Workplace or by emailing alexandra@visage.jobs.
I do not have a Payoneer account yet
If you are new to Payoneer, you'll need to create an account. Here's how:
Click on the notification link at the top of the page or use the registration link that's also sent to you via email by our team after the Onboarding Webinar.
Next, you'll need to choose your withdrawal method. As a first-time user, your initial option will be to select a USD Bank Account.
Each country has unique restrictions and options, so it's essential to be well-informed about the specific details of your location. You can find more information on this topic here.
From here, you can now begin the Payoneer registration process. Please ensure that you carefully provide all the necessary information as requested by Payoneer.
Make sure you use the same email ID you used when you signed up on the Visage Sourcer App.
You can also do the new account registration process straight from the Payoneer website
Upon reaching the Payoneer website, choose the 'Freelancer' option.
Next, click on 'Get paid by international clients or freelance marketplaces’.
Afterward, click on 'Register' and proceed to provide the requested information. Additionally, ensure you add a withdrawal bank account under your name.
Remember to use the same email ID you used when you signed up on the Visage Sourcer App.

Important Information
Payoneer, as a regulated entity and online service, prioritizes compliance across multiple jurisdictions to enhance the trust and security of its business operations. In order to safeguard all transactions, Payoneer may request supporting documents to verify the following information:
Your identity and contact details.
Your current address.
The bank details you have provided.

Also, please note that Payoneer charges an Annual Account Fee of 29.95 USD. This fee is applicable to all Payoneer account holders and is charged only 12 months after the registration. You can review the annual fee applicable to your account during the registration process and also check it in your Payoneer account under the Fees section.
Once you've successfully registered with Payoneer, please be aware that the approval process may take a few days. Once your account is approved and everything is set, you should receive the following confirmation email:
