Navigating to Reports

To access the reporting section, please go to the left sidebar as indicated by the circle in the screenshot.

Account Overview reports

In the first tab of the Reports section, you will see Account Overview reports that give you a high-level overview of your entire account’s sourcing activity and success.

This pipeline shows how many profiles were sourced by Visage or your team, and how many of those profiles were reviewed, contacted, replied to, and turned into leads, interviews, or hires.

You can use the filters to view the data over a specific time period (e.g., past week, past month, past 3 months, past year) or for specific users. This will help you get insights into the effectiveness of your recruitment efforts.

You can also get additional insights of the role when you scroll to the bottom half of the report, such as: time to review a profile, contact rate, response rate, lead rate, and time your team saved by using Visage.

Note: Reports are currently refreshed every 6 hours and you can extract them in CSV format for further analysis. 

If you want to view data for a specific role that you are working on, you can do so by going to the role and clicking on the "Report" button. This will give you access to the data related to that role, and you can use it for further analysis.
