To customize your signature variable, go to Settings (bottom left icon), and insert your signature under Engagement.
Our users have experienced a significant increase to their response rates by customizing email signatures in outreaches!
You can even go a step further by adding your LinkedIn or other social media links. This creates authenticity and increases response rates even further. Please note that for privacy and anti-spamming reasons, we do not allow phone numbers to be included.
Reminder to send a preview to yourself in the email outreach section to ensure your signature is formatted properly.
