We've updated the Visage platform! 🎉 Here's what's new:
Mark candidates as contacted outside of Visage
We know that you often contact candidates in multiple channels, and there’s been no easy way to remember where you contacted each profile. The pain worsens when you receive a response from a candidate outside of Visage (such as LinkedIn, email or phone) but you don’t have the flexibility of skipping Visage email outreach.
As part of our efforts to make your Visage funnel more flexible and aligned with your journey, you can now mark a profile as contacted outside of Visage and move them along in the Visage funnel.
When moving a profile to “Contacted” status from the job page you can:
Specify which channel you contacted them from
Choose to start or not start the Visage email outreach
You can now mark candidates as contacted outside of Visage and see the details in the profile view.
If you mark a profile as contacted outside of Visage, the profile page will display the date and time the profile was contacted on these different channels, along with the user who took the action. This will help make actions more visible when collaborating on a single job with your teammates.
Easily move profiles throughout the funnel
You can now move profiles through the hiring process with clearer actions from the profile card. The main action option is highlighted below the status progress bar in a wide green button.
The main action option is highlighted on the green button and secondary actions can be accessed from the menu on the left
Other secondary actions are accessible from the dropdown menu you can display by clicking on the grey arrow on the left. This will prevent having to read through all actions and double check the current status of the profile before taking an action on it.
If a profile is taken out of the hiring funnel, you can move it back to its previous status.
Automatically transfer interested candidates to SmartRecruiters
Previously, in the Visage-SmartRecruiters integration, users had to manually send interested profiles to SmartRecruiters one by one. Profiles are now sent automatically to SmartRecruiters when marked as “Interested” on Visage. This will save you time and increase the accuracy of your ATS data on interested leads that came from Visage.
When a profile is marked as “Interested” by the Visage application and moved to SmartRecruiters automatically, you will be notified on the top of the screen the next time you visit your job. You will also see a green border around the profiles that were moved to SmartRecruiters in the last 7 days.
You will no longer see an “Interested” column on the job page because all interested profiles are now automatically transferred to SmartRecruiter, and they will appear in the “New” column on the right side of the page (the “SmartRecruiters side” of the page).
The new view in Visage for jobs synchronised with SmartRecruiter.
For data privacy law compliance, Visage will still need to see the written interest of the candidate in your email exchange with them, or will ask you to declare that the profile expressed interest in another channel outside of Visage.
See how many jobs are in each job list
With this update, you can now see the number of jobs you have in each job list: active, closed and draft.
