We've updated the Visage platform! 🎉 Here's what's new:
Centralized customer support inside the application
Previously you could get support from a few different channels such as emailing email@example.com, contacting your Customer Success Manager, accessing our Help Center from the main app menu, or chatting with Crowd Sourcers on the job chat. With this platform update, we have centralized all customer support to a single place inside the application!
You will now see a "How may we help you?" button on the bottom right of every app page. You can easily select where you need help or feedback, and submit it without leaving the app.
You can quickly access Visage Crowd Support from the Sourcing panel on the top left when you are inside a job page.
You will see a small red dot with a number if you have new unread messages.
Testing larger batch sizes on few select jobs
We are testing larger Crowd batches of 20-100 profiles with a few jobs upon customer feedback. If you would like to be a part of this testing, you can get in touch with us. Please note that we may not able to accommodate all jobs during this testing period.
