Objectives are your hiring goals for the job. Tell us if you will hire once and close the position, or if you need to make continuous hires for this job in the coming months.

Our AI is constantly learning and improving. The best way to improve the accuracy of your predictions is to post jobs, source profiles, and tell us when you have candidates in the interview and hire stages by moving them to the correct status in the app.

The Objectives section is where you share your hiring goals with us. It's a critical step because we rely on the target number you provide to source and contact potential candidates until we achieve the desired number of interested profiles.

To adjust the objectives for an existing role, click on the three dots in the top right corner of your job post. Then, select "Edit".

Navigate to Objectives to update the number of interested candidates you want from Visage.

Click Update Job to save the changes you have made, and we will continue to source and contact until the new target is met.
