Assessing whether the profiles you submit are suited for a job or not is a challenging task.
We try to solve this problem using Machine Learning, before the profiles are sent to the client for review.
The client will accept the profile or DQ, based on either being a bad fit or because they already know the candidate. In the case of high DQ rates due to bad fit, we will review the submissions and if required, action will be taken. You can review all submissions via the dashboard on the platform. If you feel a batch of submitted profiles has been unfairly DQed, then please reach out to the Visage team by Slack or Intercom and we will investigate further.
