Your profiles that you submit are assessed as follows: 

  1. Automatically using AI for the "simplest" task like eliminating duplicates, making sure the submission is correct and the simple criterias are matched
  2. Manually by the client who will accept or disqualify the profile, depending on whether it is a bad fit or have been contacted previously. 

As a Super Recruiter, you will be expected to submit the highest quality profiles, completely in line with the requirements of the job. Regular checks are carried out on submissions and in the case of high DQ rates due to badly fitting profiles, further analysis will take place.
