Isn’t it nice to live in a time where everything is so automated?  Unfortunately, our beloved internet even lets us down every now and then.

If you are receiving an error message when logging in or can’t access your account first try reloading the page, or opening a different web browser or clearing your history/cookies to see if that fixes the problem.

If that is still not working please let us know via the chatbox or email support@visage.jobs.  It is always helpful to give us as much information as possible.  A screenshot of the error message, what web browser you were using, your email associated with your Visage account, and if you were on the web or mobile app when the problem occurred. 

Someone will reply to you as soon as possible.
